Qualifications: - Must be a Registered Nurse in good standing and currently licensed by the State of Arkansas - A minimum of five (5) years of general nursing experience required with at least two (2) years in long term care and two (2) years of successful experience in either administrative, consultation, L.T.C. or involvement in the survey process. Success is defined as a clear, demonstrated history of quality resident care management. - Ability and willingness to travel extensively and work on-site in numerous facilities. No less than two (2) years of previous L.T.C. experience. - Must have past experience as a Director of Nursing.
