This Executive Director will lead and direct the overall operations of a long term care facility in Albion, MI. Responsibilities will include directing the facility to meet customer needs, government regulation and policy/procedure compliance, with a strong focus on maintaining excellent care for the residents and patients while achieving the facilityís business objectives. Bachelorís degree or appropriate education to meet state licensure requirements, and at a level necessary to accomplish the job. Must be a licensed administrator currently licensed by the State of MI, and must be a creative, dynamic individual. Completion of a Beverly EDIT program or experience as a Nursing Home Administrator is desired for these positions.
